O.M.A.S. srl is located just a few miles from the Savona motorway exit, in the P.A.I.P  zone. The company was founded in 1972 thanks to Giacomo Ferrari's perseverance and passion for lorry repairs. O.M.A.S  srl, which stands for "officina meccanica autotreni Savona", handles all kinds of repairs on engines, electrical parts/systems, brake and telescopic and lifting systems.

O.M.A.S  srl also performs the technical checks and inspections required by the Local Health Authority (Asl) and Traffic Control Authority (MTC), preparing and overhauling vehicles of all makes and models.

Thanks to its professionalism in dealing with companies and customers, and to the outstanding quality of the services provided, the Company has been approved as a Scania, and more recently as an Oil&Steel, Pm Group, approved workshop.



Today, Mr. Ferrari's son is at the head of the Company. The younger Ferrari gradually took over the helm of the business. Following in his father's footsteps and thanks to over thirty years of experience, he has also led O.M.A.S. srl, to expand its business to other provinces in Italy.

Thanks to the Scania trademark O.M.A.S  srl also provides assistance 24 hours a day to all foreign vehicle using the Liguria motorways, ensuring immediate on-site service through its roadside service vehicles, providing full customer satisfaction.
Today the industry continually requires increased specialisation from all companies in the automotives field.
